We can’t accept returns or refunds on any products once the product is shipped or delivered.
Additional non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Due to the custom-made nature of some of our handmade products we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
- Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Shop and World cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Any item that is returned after delivery.
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. If 12 hours have gone, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 12 hours. If 12 hours have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we’ll be sure to take care of it for you.
Damaged and Defective Items
If the product is defective or does not work properly, please kindly let us know. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via email@example.com including a photograph demonstrating the defective or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
Shipping (if applicable)
Before you return your product, you should first contact us so we know to expect your package and can process things faster for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
